Indellia for Leadership and Executives.

One exec view of customer reality. Real-time signal on what's changing. The questions you'd ask in a board meeting, answered with citations.

The short answer

Founders, CEOs, and senior executives at consumer brands use Indellia to read customer reality without reading 400 reviews a week. The exec view summarizes brand health, product health, and the top emerging themes across every channel. The Anomaly Agent surfaces meaningful shifts — not noise. indelliaGPT answers natural-language questions with citations to the underlying reviews.

The current state

Backward-looking reports. Different teams, different numbers.

If you're an exec at a consumer brand:

  • Monthly reports are backward-looking by definition. By the time you read them, the issue is a quarter old.
  • Product, CX, Insights, and QA bring different feedback numbers to the same meeting.
  • "How are customers really feeling about us right now?" doesn't have a fast answer.
  • Board prep relies on stale survey data and the loudest anecdotes from the past 30 days.
The desired outcome

One view. Real-time signal. Cited answers.

What good looks like for leadership:

  • One exec view: brand health, product health, top themes, open anomalies.
  • Real-time signal on problems — surfaced before any team has to escalate.
  • Shared source of truth across Product, CX, Insights, and QA so debates happen on the same data.
  • Natural-language questions with cited answers — usable in a board meeting in real time.
How Indellia helps

The agents that matter for executives.

Shipped Exec view

Brand and product health, one screen.

The exec view aggregates Net Sentiment Score, star-rating trend, top themes, and open anomalies into a single dashboard. Updated daily. Pinnable per executive — the COO sees the SKU breakdown, the CEO sees the brand-level roll-up.

Shipped Anomaly Agent

Meaningful shifts, not noise.

The Anomaly Agent's prediction-vs-actual approach filters out routine variance. Executives see only the shifts that materially differ from baseline — three or four signals a week instead of forty.

Shipped indelliaGPT

Board-meeting answers in real time.

Ask in natural language: "What are the top three emerging customer concerns this week?" Get a paragraph with citations to the underlying reviews. Drill into any cited review with one click.

Shipped Cross-team workspace

One source of truth.

Both pricing tiers include unlimited users. Product, CX, Insights, and QA all read the same corpus through the same Theme Agent. Cross-team meetings start with the same numbers.

A day with Indellia

Sunday night. Monday's exec meeting.

A scenario from a CEO workflow at a consumer beverage brand:

Sunday night prep. The CEO opens Indellia and asks indelliaGPT : "What are the top three emerging customer concerns this week?"

The answer cites 17 reviews and 4 support tickets across three themes: pod compatibility on the Tassimo line, late delivery on Senseo via Amazon, and one ingredient question on Mighty Leaf Tea. Every claim links to source verbatims. Five minutes later the CEO has a prepped opening slide for Monday's standup with three real customer issues, each grounded in cited evidence.

Monday morning, the COO and Head of CX both arrive having read the same three signals overnight in their own Indellia digests. The meeting starts on shared data. No one debates the numbers.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How quickly can a CEO get a usable picture from Indellia?

For an exec who isn't running queries, the daily digest is the entry point — three to five highest-signal items, ready in 60 seconds of reading. Most executives review it on Sunday evening or Monday morning. For deeper questions, indelliaGPT answers in seconds with citations.

Does Indellia integrate with our board reporting tools?

Indellia exports CSV and PDF for any view. Mid-Market includes Snowflake pushback for warehouse-side querying that flows into your existing BI stack (Looker, Tableau, or similar). Direct connectors to board-portal tools are not currently in scope.

Can different executives see different views?

Yes. Pinned dashboards are per-user. The CEO might pin brand-aggregate; the COO might pin SKU-by-SKU; the Head of Product might pin the launch monitoring view. The underlying corpus is shared so the numbers reconcile across views.

Is the daily digest delivered by email or Slack?

Both. Most executives get the daily digest via email; Slack notifications are reserved for anomaly alerts that require attention. Cadence and channel are configurable per user.

How is this different from a customer-experience dashboard like Qualtrics?

Qualtrics is a survey and CX-platform infrastructure. Indellia is feedback intelligence purpose-built for consumer brands — native retail review channels, SKU-level linking across them, and AI agents over the unified corpus. Many brands run both: Qualtrics for designed surveys, Indellia for the unstructured feedback flowing in from retail and support.
