Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Start your free trial at /free-trial/. You get full access to every shipped agent for 14 days. Connect one retail channel in about five minutes and explore. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, choose SME ($495/month) or Mid-Market ($1,995/month) — or walk away.
How do you define "team under 100 employees"?
Total company headcount, not seats in Indellia. If your company has 98 employees, SME is the right plan. At 101+ employees, or if you need SSO, Snowflake pushback, or a dedicated CSM, Mid-Market is the right plan.
Is there a minimum contract length?
SME is month-to-month. Mid-Market is annual by default, with quarterly and month-to-month available on request. Mid-Market customers on annual contracts get a discount off the list price.
Can I change plans mid-contract?
Yes. Move from SME to Mid-Market at any time — the upgrade is prorated. Moving from Mid-Market to SME happens at contract renewal. Your data and configuration carry over either way.
Do you offer enterprise terms or custom contracts?
Yes. Mid-Market customers who need custom MSA terms, DPA amendments, VPATs, or a specific security review process can get a custom contract. Pricing above the $1,995 list is available for cases involving custom integrations or dedicated infrastructure. Book a demo and mention custom terms.
What about data ownership and export?
Your feedback data is yours. CSV export is available at both tiers. Mid-Market includes Snowflake pushback so feedback data and themes land in your warehouse on a schedule. If you cancel, you can export everything before the account closes — no lock-in.
