Trial questions

How long is the free trial?

Fourteen days. That's enough to connect one or two retail channels, run themes against your SKUs, and set up an anomaly alert. If you need a longer evaluation window, reply to the welcome email and we'll extend it.

What happens at the end of the trial?

At the end of 14 days, you choose SME ($495/month) or Mid-Market ($1,995/month) — or walk away. We don't auto-charge. You'll see a summary email a few days before the trial ends.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. SME is month-to-month, cancel any time. Mid-Market is annual by default with quarterly and monthly options on request.

Who owns the data I put in during the trial?

You do. If you don't convert, we delete your trial data after 30 days. If you convert, it carries into your live account. CSV export is available at both tiers if you ever want to leave.
