Waiver

Forum Choice
These Terms and the relationship between you and Exponential AI Labs, Inc. shall be governed and construed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You hereby consent and submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario in any action or dispute related to the Terms, Website or Services.
