Demo questions
How long is the demo?
30 minutes by default. If you want to go longer — bring a bigger SKU list, a QA team, or more integration questions — we'll schedule 45 or 60 minutes instead.
Will my data be used in the demo?
Only public retail review data for your SKUs, unless you explicitly share more. We don't pull internal support tickets, returns, or survey data until after a mutual agreement is in place. The demo is meant to be directly useful without any security or legal overhead.
Is the demo a sales pitch?
No. You'll meet someone who builds or supports Indellia, not an SDR. We'll show the platform against your SKUs, answer questions, and talk pricing if it comes up. If Indellia isn't the right fit, we'll say so.
Can I try the platform before the demo?
